We provide online assessment tools that generate AI-powered strategic intelligence reports for executive and IT leadership professionals. Each assessment produces a PDF report delivered electronically.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Purchases

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dimitris Mikedis.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided for informational and strategic planning purposes only. Reports do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
